CCID evaluation device
From actual machine evaluation to abnormal system testing. CCID evaluation equipment supporting EV AC standard charging development.
The charging CCID evaluation device is an evaluation tool designed for the assessment and verification of AC charging systems for EVs/PHVs. It simulates the actual operation of the CCID (Charging Circuit Interrupter Device) while allowing arbitrary changes to the voltage, duty, frequency, and sequence time of the CPLT signal, enabling efficient confirmation of the charging control system's operation and evaluation of abnormal conditions. It is used in the development and evaluation field of EV vehicles. It supports Type 1, Type 2, and GB/T standards, and can easily create test environments that are difficult to reproduce in actual devices, such as changing PISW resistance values, simulating ground faults and OPEN states, and forcibly controlling AC relays. It can be utilized as an evaluation environment in the development of onboard chargers (OBC), ECUs, and EVSE (chargers), contributing to the early detection of issues and quality improvement from the initial stages of development. Additionally, it can log three-phase/single-phase voltage and current data during charging, allowing for the collection and analysis of evaluation data. It enables the establishment of an efficient verification environment without the need for constant preparation of actual vehicles or charging infrastructure. This high-functionality evaluation tool supports the reduction of evaluation man-hours and quality improvement in the development of EV charging systems.
